PLX celebrates 20th anniversary with forecourt industry

Celebrating 20 years of its specialist fuel conveyance pipework system, PLX, Durapipe UK joined forces with Berrys Technologies to host an event to thank customers in the forecourt industry for their support over the last two decades. The ‘Duraberry Challenge Day’, hosted earlier this month, saw over 35 people from the industry, including supermarkets and independent forecourts to oil companies, descend on the Midlands for a day of high-energy activities.

Activities at the Duraberry Challenge DayAfter an exhilarating day of quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, karting and 4×4 driving, there was then the opportunity to discuss current projects, while Durapipe UK also communicated its new developments within the PLX portfolio.

As its sole specialist forecourt distributor in the UK, Berry’s is integral to the success of Durapipe PLX and the Duraberry Challenge Day is just the latest example of the two companies working together to support the needs of the forecourt market.

Commenting on the event, PLX brand manager David Naylor said: “The Duraberry Challenge Day was a huge success. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to thank all of those within the industry for their support over the last 20 years. “We are always developing the PLX range to ensure we are continuing to meet the demands of today’s forecourt industry and we are looking forward to seeing where that takes us over the next two decades.”
